Bamboo curtain rods are ususally my go-to fave. It’s hard to find a good bamboo rod that’s under $100 and then you have to get the finials, rings, brackets etc and it just really adds up quickly. What I like to do is to buy long pieces of bamboo from craft stores, flea markets etc and cut them down myself to size.
